It is that time of year again, the lead up to Christmas is causing ciaos in town. Luckily I am all sorted with Christmas shopping I can now sit back and relax while avoiding the madness in the city center.

Egmont 705 repeater will soon be back on the air. Trustees are awaiting licensing finalization for the new site and the repeater will get switched back on.
I hear a lot of people asking for clarification of the program required to run digimode FT8. The program you are after is WSJT-X version 1.8.0 or higher is required for FT8. Palmerston North is in for a new high-powered DMR hotspot, this will open up Brandmeister to more around the region. I’ll post more information as this comes to hand.
